Over 350K iron supplements recalled

(CNN)– More than 350,000 bottles and packets of iron supplements are being recalled because they lack required child-resistant packaging.

That could raise the risk of accidental poisoning in kids.

The recall includes multiple brands manufactured by Vitaquest International.

They were sold at major retailers and online between 2023 and early 2026.

So far, no injuries have been reported.
