Phone carriers address dead zones
(CNN)– If you live in or visit remote areas your cell phone signal might improve soon.
Three top mobile carriers, AT&T, T-mobile, and Verizon are teaming up to tackle dead zones.
In a news release, they say their joint venture involves enhancing satellite capacity.
That way customers can get signals even when they are far away from cellphone towers.
