Portion of West Columbia Riverwalk reopens after closure

WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The portion of the West Columbia Riverwalk Park from the Moffatt Street entrance to the area under the Gervais Street Bridge that was closed due to flooding is now open, say city officials.
