3 people arrested after execution of arrest warrant

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Sheriff Leon Lott says three men have been arrested after the execution of an arrest warrant, said law enforcement.

On Thurs, June 11, 2026, shortly after 3 p.m., Richland County Sheriff’s Department deputies served an arrest warrant at a home in the 5100 block of Farrow Road on Prince Humphery for motor vehicle theft charges from previous incidents.

During the arrest, deputies recovered nearly three pounds of marijuana and a stolen firearm, said RCSD.

Deputies also secured 17 dogs on the property and discovered evidence consistent with an illegal breeding operation.

Animal Control responded to the scene and took custody of the dogs.

Humphery was charged with five counts of grand larceny, value $10,000 or more.

Omarion Patterson was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

And George Legette was charged with possession of a stolen firearm.

All three men were taken to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center, where they remain in custody.

RCSD says the investigation remains ongoing.
