UPDATE: Lexington Co. deputies arrest man wanted for multiple crimes

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Lexington County deputies have arrested a man wanted for multiple crimes.

43-year-old Dwight Powell was wanted in connection to a domestic incident Wednesday morning, June 24, on Parthenon Road.

He faces several charges including two counts of possession of a firearm or ammo by a person convicted of certain crimes, kidnapping, and domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature.

Deputies in Lexington and Aiken apprehended Powell Thursday evening.

He’s now being held at the Lexington County Detention Center.
