Police: Roads closed due to suspicious package

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– Officials with the Columbia Police Department say officers and firefighters with the Columbia Fire Department responded to a suspicious package.

Investigators say the package is located at the 1100 block of Anthony Ave. just off on N. Main St.

According to police the area of River Dr. and Beufort St. and Anthony Ave. are closed while the scene is investigated.
