Mega Millions jackpot reaches $637 million

(CNN)– There was no jackpot winner in Friday’s Mega Millions drawing, pushing the top prize closer to $1 billion.

Tuesday, July 14’s drawing is worth an estimated $637 million, with a cash option of $278 million before taxes.

If there’s a winner, lottery officials say it’ll be the first jackpot over half-a-billion since last November.
