Rules set for special Republican Primary after Lindsey Graham’s death

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– ABC Columbia has more information on who can vote in the upcoming august 11th special primary.

Candidates are vying for the Republican nomination for the Senate following the passing of Senator Lindsey Graham.

The SC Election Commission announced based on its review of the Primary voters who participated in the Democratic Primary are not eligible to vote.

Voters who participated in the June Republican Primary or who did not vote in either party’s June Primary are eligible.
