Elon Musk’s xAI sues user over allegedly creating child sexual abuse materials with Grok

(CNN)– Elon Musk’s company xAI has filed a lawsuit against a user in the Upstate.

The company is accusing them of using the Grok chat-bot to create child sexual abuse materials.

It’s one of the first lawsuits filed by a tech company against users who allegedly create explicit content with artificial intelligence.

The lawsuit alleges Terry Harwood of Gray Court violated the company’s terms of service by creating sexually explicit images without the subjects’ knowledge or consent.

According to the Attorney General’s Office, Harwood and three other Upstate men were arrested earlier this year on multiple counts of alleged sexual exploitation of a minor.
