Deputies: Man arrested after pointing gun at firefighters

Sumter Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Sumter Co. deputies say a man is in custody for pointing a gun at firefighters.
Investigators say crews responded to a woods fire Monday behind a fast food restaurant on US Hwy. 15 just before 9pm.
Deputies say they were called to the scene after firefighters reported Micheal Hodge threatening them with a gun.
Hodge was arrested and charged with three counts of Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature.
