Orangeburg Co. deputies searching for missing, possibly endangered woman

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell says deputies are searching for a missing and possibly endangered person.

Orangeburg County Sheriff’s investigators are seeking help in locating 56-year-old Amanda Wise.

“If you’ve seen this lady or think you’ve seen this lady, please call us. We want to get her back to her family as soon as possible,” the sheriff says.

Investigators learned Wise was last seen near Prestige Court off Neeses Highway just after 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Wise is described as a white female standing about 5 foot 9 inches tall and weighing around 165 pounds.

She is believed have been wearing a blue shirt, according to deputies.
