American Airlines announces upgrades to come within a few years
(CNN)– Your next flight on American Airlines could come with more leg-room.
The airline announced Tuesday, Aug. 19, it’s adding more first-class and main cabin seats on its smaller, single-aisle planes.
The carrier also said it is bringing back seat-back screens with more than 800 narrow-body jets expected to feature the entertainment perk within the next few years.
The changes come as American Airlines hopes to break-even with costs this year.
The carrier trails behind Delta and United Airlines in profits.
