Richland County Sheriff’s Dept. hosting Back to School Bash Saturday!

RICHLAND CO., S.C. (WOLO) – The Richland County Sheriff’s Department wants to celebrate the back to school season with a big party!

The Back to School Bash starts Saturday from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. at 2500 Decker Boulevard.

Curtis spoke with Donna Rhodes, President of the RCSD Alumni Association about all the fun activities in store for the kids!

The first 100 school-aged children to arrive will get 100 free backpacks!

The Sheriff’s Department will also host a Faith and Blue event called “Fall into Community” on Saturday, October 10.

It’s from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Meadowlake Park, 600 Beckman Road.

There will be games, local vendors, touch-a-truck, a donation drive and much more!

All events are free to attend!
