Rembert man faces multiple drug, weapons charges after SLED investigation
SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A Rembert man faces multiple drug and weapons charges following a joint investigation by SLED and the Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit.
David Faulk is charged with trafficking marijuana, possession of a schedule one through five controlled substance, possession of weapon during the commission of a violent crime, and possessing a stolen firearm.
According to investigators, during his arrest on Wednesday, deputies seized nearly 50 pounds of marijuana with an estimated street value of $50,000.
Along with Oxycodone and four firearms, one of which was reported stolen.
He’s being held at the Sumter County Detention Center where he was denied bond.
