Midlands man convicted in interstate child sex trafficking conspiracy to be sentenced

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A Midlands man convicted in an interstate child sex trafficking conspiracy will be sentenced Tuesday.

Antonio Nicholson’s sentencing hearing was scheduled for 10 a.m. at the Matthew Perry Federal Courthouse in downtown Columbia.

According to SLED, between 2022 and 2023 Nicholson and the other conspirators recruited victims who were minors and runaways.

Then advertised them on the internet for commercial sex in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Nicholson faces up to 15 years in prison.
