Powerball jackpot grows to $251 million

(CNN)– Someone might win a quarter billion dollars tonight.

The next Powerball drawing has an estimated jackpot of $251 million.

That’s not going to get you into the billionaire’s club like some of the lottery’s biggest drawings in the past.

But with a $106 million cash option, it’s still pretty life-altering even after taxes.

The prize has about a month of momentum behind it.

No one has won since August 12.

The drawing is Monday night, Sept. 14, just before 11 p.m.
