Baby supplement recalled due to containing alcohol

(CNN)– Pacific Health Sciences is recalling one lot of Babies’ Magic Tea brand Baby Sleep Gripe Water dietary supplement.

The FDA website says the four-ounce bottles could contain alcohol.

It says the measured level of ethanol was 8.3%.

That’s the kind of alcohol found in liquor.

The site says the product also contains less than a percent of the types of alcohol found in hand sanitizer and household cleaners.

It comes in an amber bottle inside a blue cardboard box, and has a “best before” date of December of 2028.
