Tesla unveils flying car
(CNN)– If you don’t want to fly by plane, how about flying by car instead?
Thursday, October 15, Tesla CEO Elon Musk unveiled a car that he said will be able to fly.
He showed off Tesla’s new roadster at a Texas test facility belonging to SpaceX, Musk’s other public company.
The Tesla roadster is a two-person sports car.
In the demonstration Musk says the car used suction to climb up a steep ramp and hang upside down before spinning off the ramp and using jets to land.
