Anthropic files for IPO

(CNN)– Anthropic is also ready to make its stock market debut,  and it could become one of the largest debuts in stock market history.

Monday, October 26, the Ai company filed with the securities and exchange commission for an initial public offering.

Anthropic did not disclose how many shares it intends to sell nor at what price.

The listing could reportedly value the company up to $2 trillion.
