22-year-old man found dead on street in Charleston

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — Police are investigating after a man was found dead on a street in Charleston.

Investigators said officers were called to an intersection on the Crosstown Expressway around 12:40 a.m. Sunday and found 22-year-old William Nelson dead from several gunshot wounds.

Investigators don’t have a motive for the shooting or any suspects.
