Investigators: Man Throws Molotov Cocktail into Govt. Building

Columbia, SC (WOLO)– A man is in custody accused of throwing a molotov cocktail through a window of the Department of Probation, Pardon, and Parole headquarters. Investigators with the Columbia Fire Department say Josh Sullivan is charged with arson. According to the fire department Sullivan threw the fire-bomb through the window of the department’s headquarters on Gregg St. early Wednesday morning. Columbia Fire Chief Aubrey Jenkins says the damage was limited because there wasn’t anything in the room to feed the fire. Sullivan is also accused of throwing a brick through the window of a nearby daycare.
