SC Sets Record for Seatbelt Use

Columbia, SC (WOLO)– More people in the Palmetto State are making it click. A survey conducted by the State Department of Public Safety shows that more than 90% of South Carolinians are using their seatbelts, the highest recorded usage in state history. Department director Leroy Smith says the record setting rate will save lives.
