Sheriff: Elderly Man with Medical Condition Missing

SALUDA COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – A Midlands family needs your help to find a loved one and bring him back home. The Saluda County Sheriff’s Office says 75-year-old Jerry Starnes suffers from a medical condition. He was last seen June 28th in the 900 block of Old Chappell’s Ferry Road. Starnes was known to have lived alone. Investigators say he most likely left home on foot or caught a ride with someone to an unknown location. They add Starnes recently mentioned to his family that he wanted to leave the area. If you have any information on his whereabouts, you’re asked to call 1-800-922-5026.
