Public Opinion Wanted Regarding Feral Cats

WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – The City of West Columbia wants your opinion. It’s discussing a proposed ordinance about protocol for feral cats, which would amend the Animal Control section of the city’s code. A public hearing will be held Tuesday at 6pm. Then a regular council meeting will follow inside Council Chambers.
