The series will begin Sunday, August twelfth at 6:05. The opponent has still not been decided. The Blowfish got things started early at the plate. Federico Castagnini led the game off with a homerun to left field and the Blowfish offense was off and running. After Castagnini homered Graham Saiko walked and later scored on a Zach Smith singe to left centerfield off of Steamers starting pitcher Ryan Woodring. The Blowfish extended their ead to three in the fourth when Tre-Von Johnson reached on a wild pitch after striking out. Stuart Pound then made the Steamers pay sending a two run blast over the center field wall to take a 4-1 lead. The Blowfish would add another run in the fifth when Saiko homored over the left field fence. The Blowfish bullpen was again solid Thursday night. Wyatt Brown gave the Bowfish two scoreless innings to get the win. Zack Russell-Myers then pitched two scoreess innings of his own allowing two hits.
