Gang member pleads guilty to gun and drug charges
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – A 29-year-old man who is a self-admitted member of the Bloods plead guilty to gun and drug charges in federal court Monday. Travis Dwyer, also known as “Jap”, plead guilty to multiple felony charges, including possession of a firearm and ammunition and possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine. He faces up to thirty years in prison and up to $2 million in fines. Dwyer was arrested back in October 2011 when officers found crack cocaine at his house on River Drive, along with marijuana and a .40-caliber gun.
