Family sues York Co. Sheriff’s Office after shooting caught on camera

York Co., SC (WOLO) — The York county sheriff’s office is finding themselves in the center of a lawsuit from a family after an officer involved shooting back in 2021 that left a person gravely injured. The incident which was caught on video shows the victim, Trevor Mullinax contemplating suicide just moments before deputies open fire on him.
