Downtown Winnsboro Offers Unique Festival

WINNSBORO, S.C. (WOLO) – A truly unique festival is just a 30-minute car ride up Interstate 77 from Columbia. You can experience Rock around the Clock in Downtown Winnsboro, starting Friday. There will be plenty of food and entertainment, including a street dance and shag contest. The event wraps up Saturday.
