USPS Announces New Prices for 2013

COLUMBIA, S.C. (CNN) – A new year often means new prices from the U-S Postal Service. The Service made the announcement Thursday. Starting in January, a first class forever stamp will cost you 46 cents. That’s up a penny. Something that’s new for next year is the global forever stamp. For $1.10, postal customers can mail a letter anywhere in the world. USPS officials also plan to raise the rates for Priority Mail services. The Postal Regulatory Commission will review the prices before they become effective on January 27th.
