Third Arrest in McDonald’s Shooting

Columbia, SC (WOLO)–Columbia Police have arrested a third suspect in connection with a deadly shooting at a Midlands fast food restaurant. Rayski Waters is charged with Unlawful Possession of a Pistol, Possession of a Firearm by a Person Convicted of a Violent Crime, and Possession of a Weapon during the Commission of a Violent Crime. Investigators say he was at McDonald’s on Two Notch Rd on September 15the when suspects fired into a crowd striking three people, eventually killing one. Two other suspects are charged in connection with the shooting, both charged with seven counts of Attempted Murder.
