Deputies Looking for Attempted Murder Suspect

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – Richland County deputies need your help finding a man wanted for attempted murder. The sheriff’s department says Jose de la Cruz Ovando had a fight with another man last weekend before shooting him in the lower body.
