Police respond to threats at Midlands schools

Lexington, S.C. (WOLO)– Police in Lexington say they responded Tuesday morning to North Lake Community Learning Center and River Bluff High School after online threats were sent to law enforcement.

Investigators say both schools were put on secure status and searched. No explosives were found and classes resumed.

Police say they are working to determine who was responsible for the threats.
