Employee at care facility charged with abuse of a vulnerable adult

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–An employee at a Columbia mental healthcare facility is accused of abuse of a vulnerable adult.

According to an incident report provided by South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, on August 12th, Aubrey Womack, an employee at Wellpath Recovery Solutions grabbed a victim by the neck and pushed them against the wall.

Investigators say the victim was a resident of the facility.
