USPS raising shipping prices in 2024

CNN– After the holiday rush, it’ll soon cost more to send a package with the U.S. Postal Service.

USPS says the changes include ground advantage, priority mail, and priority mail express.

Their prices are going up just over five percent starting on Jan.21, 2024.

The company also wants to increase the cost of forever stamps from 66 cents to 68 cents.

It wants to adjust prices for post office box rental, international mail, and special services.

Those non-shipping changes first need approval from the Postal Regulatory Commission.
