Tesla Cybertruck hits the market
CNN- Tesla’s long-awaited cyber truck has hit the market and it’s pricier than originally thought.
The base model starts at almost 70 thousand dollars before federal tax credits.
When the vehicle debuted in 2019 Telsa said it would cost less than 40 thousand dollars.
However, the pandemic and high inflation forced a higher price point.
Customers are not able to place a 250-dollar deposit for an order on the Tesla website.
Wedbush Securities says there are about two million reservations for the cybertruck but it only expects 30% to 40% of those to be converted into sales.
