COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — The Gamecocks defeated FCS Wofford Terriers this past Saturday 24-7. Here are the numbers from that game. Head Football Coach Steve Spurrier tied Rex Enright’s school record 64 wins in a coaching career at USC. Senior corner Akeem Auguste got his first career defensive touchdown in his final game at Williams-Brice Stadium. Senior safety D.J. Swearinger got his first forced fumble of the season. Quarterback Connor Shaw had an alright day throwing for 122 yards and a touchdown on 16 of 20 passing attempts. Senior tail back Kenny Miles had a fantastic day carrying the ball 27 times for 127 yards and a touchdown.
