End Racism Day Promotes Harmony Throughout the State

End Racism Day

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — The South Carolina Human Affairs Commission is encouraging goodwill and harmony throughout the state on Monday.

It’s all in an effort to promote End Racism Day.

The day has been observed since 1966, but this year will be the first time South Carolina has hosted events coinciding with the day.

Officials say its an effort to show the county how South Carolina is moving in a positive direction.
