Watch: The Latest on USC Basketball Players Charged
Columbia,S.C (WOLO) —
Five players with the men’s USC basketball team are fouling out of the season after being suspended for alleged behavior off the court.
Two of those players, Eric Cobb and Jamall Gregory are facing charges of damaging several vehicles with a BB gun. The pair was expected to be in court Friday but that unexpectedly changed. A new date has yet to be set.
USC Public Relations specialist Wes Hickman released a statement saying in part “The legal process and the student judicial process are independent of one another. Due to restrictions, I’m not at liberty to discuss the latter.”
