Kershaw County coroner releases name of man who died on highway

KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Kershaw County Coroner David West has released the name of the individual killed in a vehicle incident on Kershaw Highway, said the coroner’s office.

According to Coroner David West, the victim was 71-year-old Robert Jones also known as Bobby Jones Jr., from the Camden area.

Coroner West said Jones was pronounced dead at the scene on Friday, Dec. 22, when his Ford Ranger went off the right side of the road and rolled over on Kershaw highway.
