RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – ABC Columbia’s Grace Joyal was crowned the 2016 “Udder Queen” at the Sparkleberry Country Fair Saturday.

The celebrity cow-milking contest featured contestants from each of Columbia’s TV stations.
