Police: Suspect Racked Up $1K in Charges on Cloned Credit Card

RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WOLO) — A suspect is wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Department for fraud after allegedly stealing a victim’s credit card information to make purchases at various businesses.

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said the suspect cloned the card and made purchases at businesses on Two Notch Road in Richland County on Tuesday, February 2.

The suspect went to Citgo gas station, Dunkin Donuts, Walgreens, Kim’s Baeuty Supply Store, the BP gas station and also  went to the BB&T ATM located located at 8910 Two Notch Road and withdrew funds from the victim’s account, Lott said.
