Coroner ID’s Victim in Motel Shooting
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — Richland County Coroner Gary Watts has identified a man who was found dead at a Columbia motel on Sunday.
The victim is 25-year-old Tyron Donoven Jackson of Columbia.
An employee found Jackson’s body in his room at the Coronet Motel located at 6320 North Main Street.
He died from a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced at the scene.
The Columbia Police Department released two images of a male and female who may have information regarding the death.
No arrests have been made.
