IRS to start accepting 2023 tax returns on January 29
(CNN)–The IRS says they’ll accept your tax return starting on January 29th.
And if you’re not an early bird, there is plenty of time.
You have until April 15th to file.
The IRS expects more than 128.7 million individual tax returns to be filed by the April 15, 2024, tax deadline.
They also expect most refunds to be issued in less than 21 days.
