Camden Police asking for public’s help finding missing 16-year-old

The Camden Police Department says Tyler Scott Skipper was last seen wearing a black hoodie and grey sweats.

CAMDEN, S.C. (WOLO)– The Camden Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a missing 16-year-old, says the department.

Officers say Tyler Scott Skipper was last seen at Kershaw County DSS on December 5, 2023.

He is believed to have left the DSS office while in their custody.

Investigators say he was wearing a black hoodie and grey sweats and he has ‘803’ tattooed on his upper arm.
