USC’s Page To Miss Manhattan Game

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (USC SID) — Senior guard LaShay Page, a post-graduate student from Dillon, S.C., will not participate in tonight’s South Carolina men’s basketball contest versus Manhattan in Brooklyn, N.Y., due to an academic issue. South Carolina travels to New York City for the second time this season when it faces Manhattan on Saturday in a neutral site, non-conference matchup, at the newly opened Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The contest marks the eighth meeting all-time between the two schools, and the first since the 1981 season. The Gamecocks will look to improve their record to 8-3 tonight against the Manhattan Jaspers. Tip off is set for 5:30pm.
