Richland Co. Deputy Saves One Year Old Choking Victim

Richland Co., S.C. (WOLO)–Talk about right place right time.
Sheriff Leon Lott is commending a quick-thinking Richland County deputy for saving a one year old’s life.
Sheriff Lott says Friday afternoon Kilbourne Elementary School resource officer deputy Darlene Crawford was able to save a one year old from choking on a piece of candy during a graduation ceremony.
Deputy Crawford is the mother of seven and grandmother to 13.
