Cocky Falls in Mascot Battle

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – It’s an upset involving the face of USC. Cocky lost to Texas Tech’s Raider Red in the 11th annual Capitol One Mascot Challenge. There were 16 weeks of head-to-head match-ups that included millions of votes. In addition to bragging rights, Raider Red will also receive $20,000 toward his school’s mascot program.
