One dead in Sumter County crash

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — One person is dead after a deadly wreck in Sumter County. The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported Sunday morning that one person died in a single-car crash on Spring Hill Road. This comes after a busy year in 2012 when there were as many people killed in wrecks according to the Highway Patrol as in 2011 (830 in 2012, 827 in 2011).
