Man Claiming Teen Girl Given as ‘Gift’ Arrested

Feasterville, PA.(WOLO) —

Authorities are searching for evidence in the home and on the property of a Pennsylvania man accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl, he claims was given to him as a gift.

Police are searching the home of 51 year old Lee Kaplan’s home and yard with dogs after authorities say they received a tip that led them to the discovery of 12 girls ranging in age from 6 months old to 18 years old. One of those found inside the home,  a now 18 year old girl who gave birth to two of Kaplan’s children ages 3 and 6 months.

Police say Kaplan claims the teen was given to him by her parents as a gift when she was just 14 years old.

Police have charged Kaplan with statutory sexual assault, unlawful conduct toward with a minor, and aggravated indecent assault.
