Quaker Oats recall expands due to potential health risk
(CNN)– Quaker Oats is expanding its recall to include additional products that may be contaminated with salmonella.
Last month, the company recalled granola bars and granola cereals.
And now it’s adding more cereal, bran cereal bars, instant oatmeal, protein bars and snack mixes to the list.
The products, some of which are pictured here, are sold throughout the US.
The company says if you have any of the products, you should throw them out immediately.

And you can also scan the smart label or a QR code on the product package to see if it’s been recalled.
Quaker Oats did not say if there have been any reports of illnesses related to the recalled products.
